Introduction to the Sfere Electric Power Remote Operation and Maintenance Management Platform

2022-05-13

With the deepening of the new round of power system reform, the country is also steadily promoting demand side management of electricity, consolidating the foundation of demand side management in the industrial sector. The demand for refined management of electricity in enterprises is increasing day by day. On the one hand, it enhances the internal management capabilities of the enterprise, while responding to the national demand side management of electricity, reducing the cost of electricity consumption for enterprises, and improving economic benefits. The introduction of market competition by power sales companies has gradually broken the traditional monopoly in the electricity market. Microgrids and distributed generation have become new trends, and Sifel Electric is also keeping up with the times. Our power remote operation and maintenance management platform has matured, providing corresponding solutions for various enterprises.

01 System Introduction

The power remote operation and maintenance system mainly relies on the Sfier Yunjing intelligent energy management platform, which can achieve refined management services for enterprise users, unmanned substation rooms, energy-saving analysis services, etc. Through modern Internet of Things technology, advanced management concepts and a sound management system, passive repair can be completely transformed into active operation and maintenance.

Remote operation and maintenance is mainly based on cloud platform services to achieve power monitoring, security, and access control monitoring. The intelligent monitoring equipment at the measurement and control layer (power instruments, microcomputer comprehensive protection devices, smoke sensors, temperature sensors, access control, cameras, etc.) is collected through communication management machines. The data is uploaded to the cloud platform through router gateway devices. The entire system adopts a B/S architecture, and customers can view the operation status of the distribution room in real time through web or mobile apps, achieving unmanned or few people on duty.

02 Hardware Architecture

Introduction to the SF Electric Power Remote Operation and Maintenance Management Platform

It is mainly divided into measurement and control layer, transmission layer, and application layer. The measurement and control layer mainly includes measurement and control acquisition equipment such as power instruments, microcomputer comprehensive protection devices, transformer temperature controllers, environmental monitoring equipment, and video monitoring equipment. The transport layer uploads the data collected by the measurement and control layer to the ECS through the mobile operator network or Internet access. The application layer provides users with functions such as displaying real-time data and reports.

03 Software Architecture

The main architecture of the platform is divided into collection layer, aggregation layer, service layer, and application layer. The data collected by the underlying devices is uploaded to the cloud platform through the gateway, and the platform server is deployed based on the DOCKER container. New business content can be added according to customer needs, with horizontal scalability. Through distributed server clusters, massive data can be processed in parallel, and real-time data analysis, processing, and storage services meet the requirements of on-demand deployment. The API system integration function is available for third-party platforms to call.

04 Platform Features

High availability

The software can run across platforms and supports mainstream operating systems such as Windows and Linux. If there is a server failure or program issue, it can ensure normal business access and avoid adverse effects caused by a single point of failure.

Horizontal scalability

As user business needs increase, NoSQL non relational databases are adopted, which have high concurrency data processing capabilities and are more convenient to deploy.

Vertical scalability

According to the actual requirements of the customer, deploy as needed, and dynamically increase the collection server, database server, and application server with the number of projects and monitoring points connected by the user to ensure computing power.

Data security

The transport layer adopts the MQTT protocol, and all data uploaded to the cloud platform is encrypted through SSL/TLS authentication. At the same time, the server uses identity verification to ensure data security.

Easy to connect devices

It can meet the needs of customers for multiple device access (including microcomputer integrated protection, power instruments, reactive power compensation controllers, transformer temperature controllers, access control systems, security systems, etc.), with built-in rich protocols that can meet common Modbus RTU, DLT645, IEC61850, IEC101/102/103/104, etc. If customers have special protocols, they can develop and customize them.

05 Platform Features

Introduction to the SF Electric Power Remote Operation and Maintenance Management Platform

The remote operation and maintenance platform for electric power mainly aims to ensure the safety, reliability, and stability of user electricity consumption. Based on years of practical on-site operation and maintenance experience, SF Electric mainly includes functions such as electricity analysis, energy efficiency calculation, distribution room inspection, and fault handling. It is committed to providing users with comprehensive solutions such as power monitoring systems, electrical fire monitoring systems, environmental equipment monitoring systems, and security monitoring systems.

06 System Functions

Electricity analysis

The electricity consumption status of each site, including transformer capacity, energy data, maximum load and demand, safe operation, and alarm display, can be quickly understood. It can also compare the electricity consumption of the same period to visually reflect the electricity consumption trend.
