Anhui Tongling Conch Cement Co., Ltd. is located in the southern suburbs of Tongling City, Anhui Province. It is controlled by Conch Group and currently one of the largest single factory clinker production bases in the world. It has formed an annual production capacity of 10 million tons of clinker and 5.8 million tons of cement. This project utilizes multiple products from Jiangsu Sfere Electric Co., Ltd., including smart energy meters, smart power transmitters, and smart protection devices. The smart energy meter can be directly connected to up to 100A, with electric energy pulse and RS485 communication interface, and rail mounted installation is convenient and fast. Intelligent digital display meters are suitable for measuring voltage and current parameters in distribution systems. This series of instruments has programmable conversion ratios and supports analog output and communication functions. The intelligent protection device is used for the protection of low-voltage AC asynchronous motors, with a wide protection range, precise and reliable precision action, and more intuitive troubleshooting when faults occur. Through precise and stable monitoring of multiple products from Sifel in the power distribution system, important safety guarantees are provided for the daily production operations of this project.
