Alikunsha Airport

Ali Kunsha Airport is located in Kunsha Township in the Ge'erzangbu (Shiquan River) valley at an altitude of 4274 meters, second only to Daocheng Yading Airport at an altitude of 4411 meters, Changdu Bangda Airport at an altitude of 4334 meters, and Sichuan Kangding Airport at an altitude of 4280 meters. It belongs to the plateau airport. It can meet the takeoff and landing requirements of high-altitude aircraft such as Airbus A319, with a designed annual passenger throughput of 120000 people. Officially opened on July 1, 2010, this will be another important air passage to and from Xizang after Lhasa Gongga Airport, Changdu Bangda Airport and Linzhi Milin Airport. The airport decoration highlights the ancient Xiangxiong culture of the Ali region.

On July 1, 2010, Alibaba Kunsha Airport was officially opened, and the Chengdu Airport Lhasa Airport Alibaba route was officially opened.

On April 29, 2012, regular flights from Xi'an Airport to Kashgar Airport to Alibaba were opened.

The Alibaba Airport project has installed the Sfere-PMS power monitoring system independently developed and produced by Jiangsu Sfere Electric Co., Ltd., which realizes functions such as data collection, status monitoring, fault alarm, data storage, and remote control. It provides an integrated regulatory solution for the terminal substation, central substation, sewage treatment station, and garbage treatment station inside the airport.
