Guodian Zhejiang Beilun First Power Generation Co., Ltd. is located in Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. The factory area is 1200 meters long from east to west and 960 meters wide from north to south, covering an area of 1.1 square kilometers. Five 600000 kilowatt generators are arranged in a straight line from north to south. Currently, they are connected to the East China Power Grid through three 500 kV and three 220 kV high-voltage transmission lines, passing through Shaoxing, Hangzhou Pingyao Substation, and Jinhua Shuanglong Substation. The Beilun Power Plant is a key construction project of the National Seventh Five Year Plan, Eighth Five Year Plan, and Ninth Five Year Plan. It is the first thermal power plant in the country to be constructed using World Bank loans, with a total installed capacity of 3 million kilowatts.
