Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of CITIC Special Steel Group and was established in 1993 with investment from CITIC Pacific Limited in Hong Kong. It is currently a key high-tech enterprise under the National Torch Program, the chairman unit of the China Special Steel Enterprise Association, the first 4A level national standardized good behavior enterprise in China, and one of the top ten energy-saving and emission reduction demonstration enterprises in Jiangsu Province.

The main equipment and facilities of Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Co., Ltd. for steelmaking, rolling, and testing are all imported from abroad, and the production process adopts international advanced technology. It has become the main base for producing high-quality steel such as high standard bearing steel, high-grade gear steel, alloy spring steel, alloy tube blank steel, high-grade mooring chain steel, free cutting non quenched and tempered steel, and electric slag steel in China. The main products have obtained international quality certification, and the production and sales of various high-grade products have been leading in China for many years. Among them, the continuous casting round billet with a diameter of less than 1000mm fills the world gap.
